Job Description:
TIAA is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. The main responsibility of the Online Chat Support Representative is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat channels.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through online chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer concerns and retain customer loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer support
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills to handle customer concerns effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
