Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Hess is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting. - Maintain a friendly and professional attitude in all interactions with customers. - Research and provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner. - Utilize attention to detail to ensure all customer issues are addressed and resolved. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary. - Adhere to company policies and procedures for online chat support. - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable and hardworking, with a strong work ethic. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Strong research skills. - Ability to prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions. - Proficiency with basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat support platforms.
