Job Description:
Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a part-time entry-level position, this role requires no prior experience but a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our guests and customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via online chat - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Hilton products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue - Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates - Continuously research and stay informed on industry trends and best practices
Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent research skills to provide accurate and relevant information to customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in computer and typing skills - High school diploma or equivalent
