Job Description:

AutoNation, a leading automotive retailer in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are hardworking and reliable. As an Online Client Relations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving client relationships through online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through emails, chat, and social media platforms - Assist in resolving any client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to develop creative solutions to enhance client experience - Assist in creating engaging online content to attract and retain clients - Monitor online reviews and respond accordingly to maintain positive brand image - Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Support the Client Relations Manager in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and reliable with a strong commitment to client satisfaction - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Creativity and ability to think outside the box - Strong research skills to gather client insights and feedback - Proficiency in using online communication tools and social media platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
