Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Avnet in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. This is a part-time role with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client relationships through online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor client feedback and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement - Create and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services to clients online - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in online client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Reliability and energy to effectively manage client relationships online - Leadership and cooperation skills to work closely with colleagues, clients, and partners
