Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Engage with clients to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Assist in the resolution of client issues and complaints, escalating as necessary to ensure a positive outcome. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client communication strategies. 7. Monitor client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs. 7. Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
