Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


Deere is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in the digital space. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client relations and a proven track record of success in online client management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage online client relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Analyze data and metrics to track client engagement and satisfaction levels - Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations, preferably in an online setting - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving client satisfaction - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Resourceful and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM software and online client management platforms
