Job Description:
Devon Energy is seeking a skilled and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all users. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client engagement and retention - Monitor online client feedback and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain a strong online presence and represent the company’s brand effectively - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations
