Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at David Jones in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations and customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, innovative, and adaptable.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. 3. Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online client experience and drive customer engagement. 5. Monitor online client reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase online client retention and loyalty. 7. Utilize data analytics to track and report on online client satisfaction and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
