Job Description - Online Client Relations Officer

The Hartford Financial Services Group is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of relevant experience in client relations or a similar field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Assist with client onboarding, including account set-up and verification processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Generate reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends to inform business decisions. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Proficiency in presentation and reporting. - Knowledge of online client management systems and tools. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
