Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Anixter International is currently seeking an energetic and adaptable Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to cooperate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through various online platforms to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and escalate issues as needed - Assist in the development and implementation of online client relations strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Keep updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients - Provide feedback to management on client needs and preferences to improve products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years experience in online client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong ability to cooperate and work effectively with team members and clients - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in online communication platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
