Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at DTE Energy in Brisbane, Queensland. As an entry-level position with 1 year of experience, this part-time role will require you to be resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing online client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses. 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through various online platforms. 3. Addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the online client experience. 5. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Implementing innovative strategies to engage and retain online clients. 7. Adapting to changing trends in online client relations and technology.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations professionally. 6. Passion for delivering high-quality service to clients. 7. Innovative mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances.
