Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

EOG Resources, a leading energy company, is seeking an Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This part-time entry-level position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.

Responsibilities: - Interact with online clients via email, chat, and phone to address their queries and concerns - Assist clients with online account management, including registration, password resets, and troubleshooting technical issues - Process online orders and manage product shipments - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content and promotions - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into client service strategies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptable and able to quickly learn new technologies - High level of cooperation and willingness to assist others - No prior experience required, as training will be provided
