Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team at Mondelez International in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships and provide exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met - Lead and mentor a team of online client service representatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client services - Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner


Requirements: - Proven experience in online client service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Excellent critical thinking and research skills - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Independent and driven personality traits
