Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Insight Enterprises is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, this position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client accounts and relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement online client service strategies. 3. Monitor online client service metrics and KPIs to optimize performance and meet goals. 4. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. 5. Lead a team of online client service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing online client relationships in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and other online client service tools. 5. Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new technologies. 6. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
