Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team at ZipMoney in Perth, Western Australia. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and developing the online client service department to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client service experience on our online platforms - Manage a team of client service representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure the online client service aligns with business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our online client service offering
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in client service management, preferably in an online environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Ability to think strategically and demonstrate emotional intelligence - Experience in developing and implementing client service strategies - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
