Lear, a leading provider of online client services, is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client services and satisfaction - Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client services - Assist in the development and implementation of new online services and features
