Job Description - Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Client Service Representative to join our team at CIMIC Group in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, feedback, complaints, and technical support. 3. Manage client accounts, including updating information, processing orders, and resolving issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer client questions and promote our services. 6. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve our processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking attitude, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations. 2. Excellent leadership skills to effectively work within a team environment and lead by example. 3. Creativity and problem-solving abilities to find innovative solutions to client issues. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience using online customer service platforms and tools. 7. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
