Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Client Service Representative to join our team at Goodman Group in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients. This is a part-time position requiring 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date - Provide product information and assistance to clients - Resolve client complaints and issues effectively - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the client experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and dedicated personality - Excellent project management skills - Strong critical thinking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
