Job Description - Online Client Service Representative

Job Description: Mosaic is seeking a motivated and confident Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our online clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist clients with account management, product information, and general inquiries - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online communication tools and navigating web-based platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
