Job Description:

Lennar is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company in a professional and positive manner. - Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
