Job Description - Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


McDonald’s is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours, making it ideal for students or those looking for supplemental income.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. - Provide assistance and support to customers navigating the online ordering platform. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies. - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with online customer service platforms. - Hardworking and confident attitude with a natural ability to adapt to change. - Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and find solutions. - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
