Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Marathon Oil is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Online Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to online client inquiries and providing accurate and timely information - Handling client concerns and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner - Engaging with clients through various online platforms to build relationships and drive customer satisfaction - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to continuously improve customer service strategies - Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
