Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and policy information - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience - Utilize strategic planning to address client needs and improve processes - Maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing client accounts and information
