Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


As an Online Client Support Manager at Barnes & Noble in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, you will be responsible for managing the online client support team and ensuring exceptional customer service for our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the online client support team to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze client support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in client support or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and demands - Innovative and able to think outside the box - Team player with a collaborative mindset
