Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is an entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to our products and services. 3. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality and effective client support. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database. 5. Identify opportunities for improving the client support process and make recommendations to management.
