Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Weyerhaeuser in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through email, chat, and phone communication channels. 2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery. 5. Assist in managing client accounts and processing orders. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to overall team success. 7. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate emotional intelligence. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
