Job Description:
Nordstrom is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Representative in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
As an Online Client Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our online clients through various channels such as email, live chat, and phone calls. You will assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing orders, and providing product recommendations.
