Job description:
Owens & Minor is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a cooperative attitude, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records in our database - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and adaptable personality - Cooperative attitude and willingness to learn - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
