Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Level 3 Communications is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online support to clients, handling inquiries and issues promptly and effectively - Use project management skills to coordinate and prioritize client requests - Demonstrate leadership skills when interacting with clients and colleagues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem-solving - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions


Requirements: - Energetic personality with a strong motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated proficiency in project management and leadership - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in customer service or client support roles preferred
