Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description: CDW is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and support to customers with online orders, product information, and account inquiries - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values while interacting with customers - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently - Experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required - Must be cooperative and able to work well in a team setting
