Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’ in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 4. Utilize creativity to develop engaging content for online communication with customers. 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update customer information as needed. 6. Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately to maintain a positive company reputation. 7. Assist with training new contact center staff and provide ongoing support as needed. 8. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize and organize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online communication platforms and customer relationship management systems. 6. Flexibility to work part-time hours with the potential for additional hours as needed. 7. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude. 8. Creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions for customer interactions.
