Job description:
Eli Lilly is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Assistant in our Brisbane, Queensland location. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via online channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. 5. Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Meet or exceed performance targets set by management.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using online communication tools. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 8. Motivated to learn and grow within the company.
