Job Description:
Qualcomm is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. As an Online Contact Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media channels. 2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints. 3. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and assistance with online orders. 4. Assist customers with navigating our website and online ordering system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 4. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
