Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


We are currently seeking an Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Western Refining in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being reliable and adaptable, as well as the necessary soft skills of persuasion and critical thinking.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Handle customer complaints and find suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to better assist customers - Assist in other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Strong problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent required
