Job Description:
As an Online Contact Center Associate at Macy's in Adelaide, South Australia, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their online orders, inquiries, or general information about Macy's products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive customer experience. 3. Process online orders and handle exchanges or returns as needed. 4. Utilize Macy's online systems and resources to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address any technical or logistical issues affecting online orders. 6. Meet and exceed customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay updated on Macy's products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist in training new associates and providing support to the team as needed. 9. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. 10. Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer service experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an online contact center or e-commerce environment. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Confident and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using online systems and platforms. 7. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
