Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team at U.S. Bancorp in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our online customer service and support center. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the online contact center - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions for customer support - Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation, project management, and continuous improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives - Oversee the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements: - Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer service or contact center environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders - Confident and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to think creatively and drive innovation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in utilizing technology and software applications related to contact center operations - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
