Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Citigroup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online contact center, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the online contact center, including managing a team of customer service representatives. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and streamline processes. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met or exceeded. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Driven and motivated with a focus on achieving results. - Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement approach. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contact center software.
