Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Tenneco is seeking a dynamic Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online contact center, including monitoring KPIs and ensuring targets are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Train and mentor contact center staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in managing an online contact center, preferably in a similar industry - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Proficiency in CRM software and other contact center technology - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
