Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Owens & Minor is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and team management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the daily operations of the online contact center, including overseeing a team of customer service representatives. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the contact center is meeting its goals. 4. Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service and support. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations. 7. Maintain accurate records and reports on contact center performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing an online contact center or customer service department. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
