Job Description:
Rite Aid is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a vital member of our customer service department, the Online Contact Center Officer will be responsible for handling online customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer retention. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and provide detailed reports on customer interactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response time.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Motivated and resourceful personality traits. 8. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 9. Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 10. Australian residency or valid work permit.
