Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Contact Center Representative to join our team at Dow Chemical in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service field. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and orders - Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues and concerns effectively - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong cooperation and adaptability skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using online communication platforms and technology
