Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Online Contact Center Representative to join our team at iHeartMedia in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an entry-level position, no experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are hardworking, energetic, and possess strong research and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Must be hardworking and energetic - Strong research and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - High school diploma or equivalent
