Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and driven Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Jarden in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service through various online channels.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Use persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles - Strong people management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication platforms and customer service software - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
