Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at CST Brands in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via various online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns - Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify trends and improve overall customer experience - Assist with online order processing, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers about our diverse range of offerings


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers online - High level of adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities - Motivated self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
