Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant


Job Description:


Origin Energy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Assistant in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with product information, account management, and billing inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the online customer experience - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
