Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


WestRock is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer care strategies. 6. Assist in the creation of content for online customer support resources. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or e-commerce role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Leadership skills and strategic planning abilities. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
