Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant


Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at AIG in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and social media platforms - Providing information about products and services, as well as assisting with online transactions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to improve customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers - Collaborating with the team to improve processes and enhance customer experience


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment - Confident and resourceful personality - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Experience with CRM systems and online customer support software is a plus
