Job Description:

As an Online Customer Care Associate at J.C. Penney in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online shoppers. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and any other concerns they may have - Use independent judgment to resolve customer issues in a satisfactory manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in customer service - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Manage customer relationships and strive to exceed their expectations
