Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Western Digital is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our website and online products/services. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall online customer experience. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold Western Digital's standards of ethical conduct and integrity. 7. Contribute to a cooperative working environment by supporting team members and fostering a culture of teamwork.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 4. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a high level of energy. 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 7. Cooperativeness and a willingness to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
